AI Use & Disclaimer
Last updated: 4 September 2026
Niyora uses artificial intelligence to help Company Secretaries work faster. Please read and understand how it works and its limits.
1. What the AI does
Niyora's AI assists with: answering questions about Indian corporate law (grounded in a legal knowledge base), drafting documents (resolutions, minutes, agreements, reports), due-diligence analysis, mapping data into MCA forms, and searching your documents. To do this, your prompts and the relevant documents/records are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) via their APIs.
2. AI output is assistance, not advice
- AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong ("hallucinations"), including citations, section references, figures and dates.
- AI output is not legal, secretarial, tax or financial advice and does not create a professional relationship.
- You, the qualified professional, remain fully responsible. You must independently review, verify and edit every AI output before relying on it, sharing it with a client, or filing it with the MCA, SEBI, GST or any other authority.
3. Confidence signals & verification
Where the AI answers legal questions, Niyora shows confidence indicators (e.g. whether an answer is backed by the verified knowledge base). Treat low-confidence or unverified answers with particular caution and cross-check the primary source. Filing on government portals is always done by you within your own authenticated session - Niyora does not submit filings on your behalf.
4. Your inputs
Do not paste data into AI features that you are not authorised to process (see the Data Processing Terms). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit.
5. No training on your data
Under our AI providers' standard API terms, the content you send through Niyora's AI features is not used to train their models.
Two things worth being precise about, because your clients may ask:
- Content is sent only when you use an AI feature, and only the material relevant to that task - not your whole client database.
- "Not used for training" is not the same as "not stored at all". Providers may retain content for a limited period for security and abuse monitoring under their own terms. See Sub-processors and Data Retention & Deletion.
If a particular engagement requires stricter handling, contact sales@niyora.space and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
6. Acceptance
By using Niyora's AI features you acknowledge these limitations and agree that Niyora is not liable for decisions you make based on AI output, subject to the Terms of Service.
